How it Works

Phase 1: Introduction: All employees will receive an invitation email to join the 90-Day Total Transformation program and download our Coach Connect App.  After registering online, those enrolled will receive an intake form. The form collects basic health and lifestyle information we review to help customize our response emails.

Phase 2: Launch Party Invitation – We organize a lunch and learn party at your office or off-site to explain how the program works and set the proper expectations. We offer the group a chance to establish fun individual and team goals to add a little bit of fun and excitement to the program.

Phase 3: Weekly sessions begin 1 week after the launch party. Each employee receives a link via email to access the live webinar. If an employee can’t make the live webinar, it will be recorded, and a link sent via email to view at their convenience. After each webinar, each employee will receive a link to download the session notes and the required action steps. Employees can keep track of everything with our Coach Connect App.

Phase 4: Graduation Party! A week after the 90-days, we schedule a graduation party (lunch party) to celebrate wins, hand out prizes and certificates.

Phase 5: Employees are given the option to remain in the program or elect a less intensive maintenance program that could be covered by the company or paid by the employee directly.

All employees who graduate from program will be offered a 50% discount if they decide to remain enrolled in a new 90-Day Intensive program or enroll in the monthly maintenance program which includes our exclusive 5 Steps to Managing Change and Mastering Habit Change.
