In Podcasts
There is so much information out there, but how do you know which ones to trust?  I invest a lot of time researching new resources and tools so that I can pass them along to you.

Today’s email, I’m going to put you directly in front of some of these resources.

First is one of my favorite podcasts called ‘Feel Better Live More’ with Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.  Here is a doctor that has realized that despite everything he has learned about medicine, treating the symptoms with medication is not the answer.  The answer is getting to the root cause and getting you off the medication!  That’s what a healthy lifestyle is all about.  Make sure to subscribe, it is well worth it!

My next resource is a book I began reading recently (which I heard on another podcast – I’ll give you that one next week 😉  It is called The Rain Barrell Effect, and it is awesome.  What I love most is how it reinforces all of the techniques I teach and also explains how your health is a result of your entire lifestyle to this point.  You didn’t get ‘unhealthy’ yesterday, and you won’t’ get healthy tomorrow.  It builds up over time, but every healthy change is possible.

And, as you know, no healthy transformation is possible without exercise.  Here is a link to a 20-minute HIIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout that anyone can do anywhere!  Yes, it’s tough and yes it will challenge you, and that’s exactly the point!

To live a healthy lifestyle, we need to learn from different sources and try different things because it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ answer.  You are unique and your mind, body, and soul is unique  Find what works for you, and believe you deserve it because you do!  Stay blessed.
